Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time we receive them. Prices vary slightly depending on weight and orders are shipped via Fastway (South Africa). You will receive an automatic notification from us once your order has shipped with a tracking number.
We ship to a select number of international countries. We are excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. Please note, House Of Gozdawa is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
+ RETURN POLICY
Our products are bottled to order, and therefore made specially just for you. As such, we unfortunately cannot take any returns. If you’d like, please try a sample before purchasing a full size.

+ GIFT WRAPPING
All orders are wrapped, ready to gift. If you are sending a gift directly to someone, leave instructions in the note section at checkout and we will enclose a small card with your message.
+ EXTRAIT DE PARFUM
Our Extrait de Parfum is the highest concentration of scent, containing 20-30% aromatic compounds and by nature lasts longer than Eau de Parfum. It has a milder sillage and stays closer to the skin. We produce only purely natural scents containing no man-made, altered substances or fragrance enhancers. Our oils are diluted in 97% percent ethanol alcohol and come in an atomising spray bottle. We find that the Extrait de Parfum tends to last longer on skin, although being a natural, oil based product, you will require a reapplication during the day. (Tip: Spray the perfume on areas which stay warm as the oils give off a fuller fragrance when warm. Focus on the wrists, crease of the arm, collar bones and chest). Each scent comes in a 2ml Telespray trial pack so you can explore the range before committing.
Our products contain no parabens, sulfates, or phthalates. We do not test on animals.
+ SEDIMENT AND MISTING
Each perfume batch has been filtered to ensure any natural mass residues are removed, though due to the nature of natural oils it is possible that minimal sediment can form over time.
This is simply a characteristic of natural ingredients and will not alter your experience of the fragrance. Give the bottle a good shake, or just let it be.
+ CUSTOM FRAGRANCES
We take on a very limited number of custom fragrance projects each year for individuals, as well as private label. The time it takes for custom work varies depending on the scope of each project. A great amount of detail and time goes into creating a custom fragrance. We use high-end materials and create an entirely unique formula catered to each individual client brief.
